How do you ensure product quality?
Quality is our priority. We always provide a pre-production sample before mass production, and every process is checked by our QC manager individually before delivery. Customers are also welcome to inspect products before shipping.
Is there any discount for bulk orders?
Our initial quotes are wholesale prices. However, the best final price will be offered based on your order quantity. Please mention your purchase quantity when inquiring.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Sample orders are acceptable. The MOQ is 2 sets based on EXW terms, and a 20'GP container based on FOB terms. You can mix different items to fulfill a container.
Can you customize products for specific projects?
Yes, we can manufacture special designs from clients or customize our existing designs (size, upholstery, or frame) to suit your specific needs.
How is the furniture packaged for shipment?
We use high-quality carton boxes for each part to ensure safety. We also include extra spare parts in the order to facilitate smooth assembly and maintenance.
How difficult is the assembly process?
Inside each package, we include a detailed instruction book. The steps are clearly defined, making it very easy to assemble the furniture.
