Q4: How long is the production lead time?
Normally within 30 days upon receiving the deposit during the normal season, and around 40 days during our peak season. This also depends on the complexity of the process and total quantity.
Q5: Do you provide customized designs?
Yes, OEM and ODM services are available. You are welcome to provide your design drawings for customization.
Q6: What should I do if the item is damaged during transportation?
