The factory is located in a major furniture manufacturing hub, approximately 1.5 hours from the nearest international airport. We maintain an 8,000 square meter showroom featuring over 100 styles for professional visits.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We offer flexible ordering with no strict MOQ for standard items. Single pieces can be ordered based on EXW terms, and 20'GP container orders are handled on FOB terms. Mixing different items to fill a container is fully acceptable.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight as secure and convenient payment methods.
Do you offer customization for specific projects?
Yes, we specialize in manufacturing based on client designs. We can customize product sizes, upholstery materials, and frame structures (metal or wood). Our R&D department is dedicated to turning your inspiration into reality.
How long does the delivery process take?
Standard production and delivery normally take between 40 to 60 days. We are flexible and can adjust timelines based on specific shipping schedules.
Can you manage international shipping?
We can recommend professional shipping agents to handle delivery to your country. Alternatively, if you have a preferred freight forwarder, we are happy to collaborate with them directly.
